A complete progress-reporting document containing standards for content-area subject areas and expectations for the area of conduct/social competence.
My CCSS and Next Generation Science Standards aligned progress report contains all standards for the Common Core State Standards in the areas of English Language Arts –Reading, English Language Arts –Writing, Speaking & Listening, Language, and Mathematics and the Next Generation Science Standards. Due to the great variability of state standards in the area of Social Studies, standards for this subject area are not provided, however, this progress report is fully editable and there is a space on the progress report for you to enter your school district’s required social studies standards.
This progress report contains all CCSS and Next Generation standards at the Fifth Grade level. There is a space provided at the beginning of the document for teachers to enter student and related identifying information. Also included are 4 levels of progress: ES – Exceeds Standard; MS – Meets Standard; AS – Approaching Standard; and NM – Not Meeting Standard. These can be modified to enter your own, if you so choose. All CCSS and Next Generation Science Standards are listed on the document. Most intermediate level programs report progress in 6 grading periods. Therefore, the document contains space for 6 reporting periods. However, if you purchase and your school has a different number of reporting periods, I will be happy to modify this component of the progress report for you. Following each subject area on the progress report is a space for you to make any necessary comments for each of the 6 grading periods.
In addition to the content subject areas, general standards/expectations in the area of conduct/social competence are included. Since the document is fully editable, you can modify these items to better suit your personal preferences or classroom situation.
At the end of this progress report, there is a space designated for parent signatures for the 3 grading periods.
