These 5 assessments are a great mixed review for the end of year for the 5th Grade Common Core. Each assessment has 2 questions for each of the 11 clusters. All of the question numbers are the same cluster for each assessment to make grading and recording easy. The question number topics are:

Questions 1-2: Write and interpret numerical expressions.
Questions 3-4: Analyze patterns and relationships.
Questions 5-6: Understand the place value system.
Questions 7-8: Perform operations with multi-digit whole numbers and with decimals to hundredths.
Questions 9-10: Use equivalent fractions as a strategy to add and subtract fractions.
Questions 11-12: Apply and extend previous understandings of multiplication and division to multiply and divide fractions.
Questions 13-14: Graph points on the coordinate plane to solve real-world and mathematical problems.
Questions 15-16: Classify two-dimensional figures into categories based on their properties.
Questions 17-18: Convert like measurement units within a given measurement system.
Questions 19-20: Represent and interpret data.
Questions 21-22: Geometric measurement: understand concepts of volume and relate volume to multiplication and to addition.

There are two different recording sheets. You can use the multi-student recording sheet by placing student names along the left and keeping up with the number of questions correct with tally marks under each cluster name. You can use the single-student recording sheet by placing a check or x in each box beside the cluster name after each assessment is taken and graded.

All answer keys are included after each assessment.
