Product Description
Do you need a way to reassess students on specific skills rather than an entire unit test? This pdf file includes 29 different CCS aligned questions. They are based off the 5th Grade Everyday Math 4 edition curriculum. I personally use them for reassessments after each trimester. They can also be used for exit slips, bell ringers, RTI data collection, or review.

The topics covered are:
*Parenthesis to evaluate expressions
*Finding area of a rectangle with fractional side lengths
*Volume of 3 dimensional figures
*Writing and interpreting numerical expressions
*Multiplying by powers of 10
*Multiply multi-digit whole numbers
*Divide two-digit divisors
*Convert standard units of measurement
*Add and subtract fractions with unlike denominators
*Solve word problems involving addition and subtraction of fractions
*Multiply fractions and whole numbers
*Read and write decimals in words, numbers, and expanded form
*Compare decimals to thousandths
*Use place value to round decimals
*Add and subtract decimals to hundredths
*Plot points on a coordinate grid
*Add and subtract mixed numbers with unlike denominators
*Multiply fractions and mixed numbers
*Divide whole numbers and fractions
*Multiply and divide decimals by powers of 10
*Represent fractional data on line plots
*Use a rule to write and plot ordered pairs
*Multiply mixed numbers
*Divide fractions
*Multiply and divide decimals to hundredths
*Use unit conversions to solve problems
*Use graphs to solve problems

Please note that this is not a complete list for every CCS skill in the curriculum, but an average of 3-4 skills for each unit. Each page has the same skill repeated in the 4 quadrants for easy copying and cutting. Each skill is assessed with 2-4 questions. Please let me know if you have questions or find mistakes. Enjoy!
