Looking for assessments for EVERY Common Core or TN Ready standard that allows your students to show mastery? Having a hard time assessing your students on each standard that 5th grade covers? Or do you want an assessment that can spiral and allow your students to retake that standard to show mastery if they do not show mastery the very first time? Look no further!
This product can be used to assess your student's mastery for each standard in 5th Grade. This also give the students the ability to RETAKE the standard 2 MORE TIMES! So if they do not master the standard the 1st time, they have two more chances to master that standard!
In my class, I start giving these assessments after I teach the first three standards. I give the assessments weekly. Each row is a different standard. The standards move rows every week. They move to the left until the 3rd week and then that standard is dropped off of the assessment. If a student masters one standard, they do not have to do that standard the next week. They only have to do the rows that they have not mastered. But you can change this up to meet your student's needs. Every classroom is different.
The students can keep track of their mastery with their own data sheets. The student love to see their progress and work hard to master all the standards!
This product includes the following:
Teacher Data Sheets for each standard
Student Data Sheet
Spiral Standards Assessment Sheets
