Here's a little something I created to help my students practice making equivalent ratios. They have to describe in words the making of the original ratio. This adds a literary element. Then, they ultimately have to create a equivalent ratio by multiplying the x and y by the same number. The answer key contains equivalent ratios examples, however, answers will vary.

Make tables of equivalent ratios relating quantities with whole-number measurements, find missing values in the tables, and plot the pairs of values on the coordinate plane. Use tables to compare ratios.
Use ratio and rate reasoning to solve real-world and mathematical problems, e.g., by reasoning about tables of equivalent ratios, tape diagrams, double number line diagrams, or equations.
