** STAAR Test Prep** Two -10 question assessments over Grade 6 Personal Financial Literacy Standards. Processing and problem solving standards are embedded throughout. This resource could be used as a Pre/Post Assessment, Guided and Independent Practice, Unit Quizzes, and STAAR Test Practice!

This is a 13 page document that includes a Teacher Blueprint Answer Key and a Student Answer Document. Assessment questions are aligned with the NEW TEKS and formatted similar to the STAAR. The same font, wording style, and type of graphics are used as much as possible to mirror the STAAR. There are a total of 18 multiple choice questions and 2 gridded response items.

√6.14E - Describe the information in a credit report and how long it is retained.

√6.14F - Describe the value of credit reports to borrowers and to lenders.

√6.14G - Explain various methods to pay for college, including through savings, grants, scholarships, student loans, and work‐study.

√6.14H - Compare the annual salary of several occupations requiring
various levels of post‐secondary education or vocational training and calculate the effects of the different annual salaries on lifetime income.
