Scavenger Hunt: 36 STAAR type questions over the readiness standards. They will start at any question and find the answer at the top of the next question and continue until they are back where they started. There is a section where the questions are 2 per page to put on the walls, and a section where the same questions are 4 per page for students who need to be in a desk. I also included 28 bingo cards that are 6 by 6. I like to let the students choose how to do the activity. Good Luck and Have Fun!!
For bingo, I play in several different ways. Whole class, students have their pages to show work and I put the questions on the projector. Small group, 4-5 students play against each other (works well with classes that have students who work at different speeds). When I play, I give a prize for 1 bingo, then 2 bingos, then either 3 bingos or a frame or an X. I go around the room and have the students pick what number to work next. (Students highlight, circle or put an x on their bingo card as we answer the questions.)
