This is a pack of 3 different response menus for secondary-level students. Each TED Talk (links below) is about a different subject in art. Each response sheet is specific to one of the TED Talks listed below. This could be great as a conversation starter, or as a substitute back-up plan.
There are 6 sheets in this pack - 3 paired-up sheets. Print the response-prompts grid back to back with the sheets with answer spaces. The response menus are "BINGO" style where each student would choose his/her own 5-in-a-row of questions.
Questions vary from recall to open-ended art questions. There are only 5 or fewer recall questions per sheet. Most are questions about student philosophy and art practices.
+ "Is editing your collected pieces of works making something new and completely your own? Why or why not?"
+ "Does depicting racial inequalities of the past promote and perpetuate racial inequalities in the present?"
+ " What questions does this TED Talk raise for you?"
+ "How concerned with perfection are you in your own artwork/life?"
+ "How safe should we feel in creating artwork? What level of risk-taking should we practice?"
I do not own and I did not produce any part of the YouTube videos or TED Talks.
