Product Description
The 7-Day Outlook Line Graph is created by students based on the weather outlook from a newspaper or local news station website.

Students use the data from the seven day weather outlook to create a double line graph of the high and low temperatures.

Students then use their line graph and original data to solve for the median, mode, and range of the temperatures. There is one question involving the average temperature. The teacher may want to work that problem with students.

Students end the activity by writing two questions based on the data and graph. They must answer their own question.
If time allows, students can give their two questions to other students to answer.

This activity involving line graphs and statistics is available at the store Always Love Learning.
