This Product can be used to assess your students knowledge with simplifying expressions. 18 practice problems with an Answer Key along with words as a self check. If students answer all the questions correctly you can check their work by looking at their sentence with all the words.
For example if Number 1 has an answer of 4, the word underneath is "Sally". Number 2 the answer is -3x, the word underneath is "likes", and number 3 the answer is 4y + 5, the word underneath is "math".
If a student did all of the problems correct she should have the phrase "Sally likes math" along with all of the math work.
