Well, my district likes our TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) to be displayed in the classroom for students to see. Since writing(and re-writing) them on the board got old pretty quick, with the help of my husband I created a simply designed poster display. Each TEKS is made to be printed on a 11"X17" piece of paper and be laminated.
I used it last year and LOVED it! I used dry erase markers to write on them.
Could be printed on other sizes but I found 11"X17" was the best for easy display.
Note: Since we created a format for the TEKS, I figured it would be pretty easy to create for other subject areas. If this is something you would be interested in, just message me.
