This document includes 4 seventh grade math problems for 10 different topics related to percents (40 total problems). The problems are in a task cards format. For each concept, the 4 problems increase in difficulty and are meant for use as an exit slip to check for student understanding. An answer key and teacher guide IS included!
Topics include terminating and repeating decimals, comparing rational numbers, operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with fractions and mixed numbers, multiplying and dividing monomials, negative exponents, and scientific notation.
Each page has two copies of the problems for that topic, making it easy to print, copy, and cut into half pieces of paper for students to use.

Problems are not meant to be a lesson in itself, but can be used in lots of different ways. Great to use in math centers with students, as problems for students who are finished with work, or as exit slips. These problems are intended for use in 7th grade. I also have exit slips available for 6th grade math and 8th grade math. For those of you that have downloaded my Math Task Cards or Math Enrichment Task Cards, these exit slips are in a similar format but include all new problems! In my classroom I use the task cards during the lesson and these exit slip problems as a check for understanding each day!
Here are links to all of my 7th Grade Math Task Cards, 7th Grade Math Enrichment Task Cards, and Brain Buster activities.
