Product Description
Word Problems sample:After the movie, the brother and Shayla presented the costs of our purchases:

4 adult tickets @ $8.25 a piece
4 cokes @ $0.85 a piece
3 bags of popcorn @ $0.35 a piece
3 butterfingers @ $0.45 a piece
2 boxes of milk duds @ $0.75 a piece
2 Kit-Kats @ 0.55 a piece

Since they each saw the movie and drank a coke, they each agreed to pay for their own ticket and coke. However, Shayla did not eat any candy, so she only wanted to pay one-fourth of the popcorn. Her brother and sisters, who ate all the candy and their share of the popcorn, agreed that this was fair.

• How much did they each agree to pay for the popcorn?

• How much should each of the sisters and brother pay for candy?
