We're a Great Expectations School which means we practice the Great Expectations methodology to educate and help grow the whole child in hopes he or she becomes a successful citizen and adult. GE as it's called sets its foundation in the classroom by practicing and holding the Eight Expectations. Teachers, students (and families alike!) not only recite the expectations but study, practice and define them. Here are the eight expectations as defined by Great Expectations for you to post in your classroom and hopefully work and live by! I've printed these on colorful paper, laminated then displayed in an area that is easily accessible for reference and in a location where students can easily read.
