This is a Powerpoint download for weekly meal planning templates to use with the 80 Day Obsession work out program by Beach Body! They could also be used for meal planning without the use of this program. It just matches the schedule. :)

Each theme has 3 meal plan templates each, a template for if you work out in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The 80 Day Obsession program has an important eating and work out schedule that matches these templates.
Meal planning templates include an editable table in Microsoft Powerpoint to type in your weekly meals and snacks! You could also print it without the text, just the table, and hand-write your weekly meal plan OR print and laminate to use with a dry-erase marker.
