Students analyze three different Superman graphs to determine whether he is walking, running, or flying in each. They must use the slope of the graph to determine his unit rate and understand what the unit rate means in context. Students use the Solve 'n Pass cooperative learning structure which provides a high level of structure for analyzing one another's work and coaching each other.
