9 Week High School Physical Education and Health Challenge Distance Learning Log

Designed by the 2019 SHAPE America National High School Physical Education Teacher of the Year, this distance learning physical activity log helps students keep track of how many minutes they are physically active, challenges them to focus on better sleep, nutrition and stress reduction and guides them in reflecting on their own wellness and physical literacy experiences. This can be used for remote learning or as a printable for homework. It has also been formatted as a digital activity and can be assigned by you and submitted back to you through your Google Classroom.
