This is a puzzle that you print and cut out for students to use to review the "big 9" animal phyla. There are two versions included; one for you to use as the key, and another scrambled version for you to pass out for students to cut out themselves without giving away the solution.
Terms used for review include the "big nine" animal phyla (porifera, cnidaria, mollusca, chordata, etc.) as well as terms like bilateral and radial, motile and sessile, etc.
I've used this as a review of vocab before a quiz, or as an introduction to new vocabulary where students attempt to use prior knowledge to figure out new definitions and terminology while unscrambling the puzzle.
