A Blueprint for Analyzing a Character in Fiction Creative Writing Activity

A Blueprint for Analyzing a Character in Fiction Creative Writing Activity
  • Product Description
  • StandardsNEW

This exercise will help students analyze the characters in the fiction they read. Charlene Tess has provided two examples from a short story and a fairy tale to be sure students understand what is expected of them.

Once students are proficient at character analysis, their reading experience will be enhanced. They can apply what they have learned to fictional characters in movies and TV shows.

Once they have filled in the worksheet, they will have the information they need and a thesis to use in writing a character sketch.

I hope you and your students enjoy using this. Here's another lesson your students will enjoy.
