A student asked me to develop an independent research project to learn more about Emma Watson. This set includes a short introductory biography on two levels to guild and gauge interest in the topic.
A page of quotations is included for analysis. There is also a sheet to capture more quotations as the student researches.
In guiding research, there pages for developing questions, choosing and rating references, taking organized notes and organizing an essay into meaningful paragraphs. If more paragraphs are required, more organizers can be used.
Emma Watson gave a very well known speech at the UN recently on gender equality and the HeforShe movement. There is a page included with questions about the speech as well as a transcript of the speech for annotating. The link to the speech is included but is also widely available online. The speech is around 14 minutes long.
I also included a Talk About It page in case more than one student is watching the speech.
All pages are available in the preview, with watermarks..
