Product Description

This is a great lesson to start off any unit on A Doll's House (or any novel/play that focuses on gender stereotypes). Students are asked to depict how they think society views men and women. This lesson involves students using their artistic abilities to create examples of these stereotypes. Students then discuss their different views of societal expectations as well as comparing them to pictures from the 1800s.

This is a great lesson to start the unit off with a in-depth discussion before the students even begin reading the play.
