Here are two printable sheets for your students to use for labeling an eagle. You can choose whether to have your students cut and glue the labels, or write the labels in the boxes. This could be used whenever you are teaching about American symbols or whenever you are teaching about birds.

A+ Labeling Throughout The Year: Bundle Pack
Last year, my students were very interested in knowing what to call the 2 nose holes on a birds beak, so I included the label "nares". Although it refers to the 2 holes....the arrow is only pointing to one hole (I couldn't find a word for the single hole, so I just tell my students that the word is referring to both holes even though we can just see one).
