This delightful story will take your students through eight color words as they discover the Halloween characters that came to the Halloween party!

It begins with the black cat: "Black cat, Black cat, What do you see? He sees an orange pumpkin who sees a white ghost, etc.
In the end, all of the characters are at a Halloween party.

I have my students complete 2-3 pages a day in a small group setting. If we meet for 25 minutes each day, it takes a week to complete the book.

Your students will love copying the color words and coloring the characters on each page to create a book they can read over and over again. It makes a wonderful story for choral reading too!

Learn color words and have FUN!
