Description

Whether or not you call Kentucky home, this mini unit is packed with activities to use alongside your study of horses and The Kentucky Derby! Known as The Run for the Roses or The Fastest Two Minutes in Sports, the Kentucky Derby is run the first Saturday in May in Louisville, Kentucky at Churchill Downs. Your students will learn lots of factual information about horses and the Kentucky Derby during this mini unit!
