This pack can be used for a Family Literacy Night or as an activity in the classroom. Students have the opportunity to be readers, detectives, and problem solvers! This pack includes the following items:
nursery rhyme book
nursery rhyme detective notebook
list of items for the mystery clues
ideas for the classroom or literacy night
parent invitation (for literacy night)
Powerpoint presentation to display rhymes
After reading the nursery rhyme book with you, students will record three mystery clues. They will analyze these clues to determine which nursery rhyme they belong to! There are 8 mysteries in all!
