This is a 48 page packet for teachers to use with students in grades 4-7 who are reading the 2015 novel, Crenshaw, written by Katherine Applegate. This packet of materials includes a 23 page student booklet, an answer key, a list of vocabulary words found in the reading, and a chart showing the CCSS that are supported. The student booklet encourages close reading and guides students as they read and practice important reading and writing skills.
