Product Description
This Cornell Note-style 1.5 page table has questions and ideas on the left side that coincide with the Achieve 3000 article "A Quieter, Cleaner Park." As we study our Carbon Footprint in our 8th grade Information Media class' Environmental Inquiry Unit, we are collecting articles and videos that contain information we could use in our research. This article discusses why a National Park in Alaska is switching over to hybrid vehicles instead of their old, dirty diesel buses in order to help the environment. This is a PDF, however it has the hyperlink at the end, to an online version, a Google doc, of which you are welcomed to make a copy and/or edit for yourself and your students. Great for use on iPads, Chrome books, or computers, or just print out and duplicate. You may need a subscription to Achieve 3000 to access the article itself. I am not sure whether it is available elsewhere online. Your feedback is much appreciated!
