This packet is from my READ TO LEARN series. A good story entertains, educates, and inspires! That is my goal with these books! And giving the students copies of the books to color, highlight words, etc. and take home to share with their families is an important step in the learning process.
"A Snack for Bookworm" is a fun story about a little Bookworm who loves to read. Along the way he gets hungry and tries to eat the punctuation marks. Bookworm is surprised to learn how important they are to the story!
Included in this fun packet are:
*An original song called "Read a Book"
*A letter to parents that teaches 12 reading strategies
*A classroom copy of "A Snack for Bookworm"
*Comprehension questions for the story
*A master for small individual student books

I hope you enjoy these materials! Sheila
