I designed this activity to be used two different ways. Reinforce capitalization rules for students either as a whole group activity or as a center activity.
To be used as a whole group activity, cut the rules out and put them around the room. Give each student a photo/example card. Review with students the location of each camera/rule card. On your signal, have the students stand by the rule that goes with their card. Check and discuss why the card does or doesn’t go with the rule.
To be used as a center game, cut all the pieces out and program the picture cards with the correct rule number on the back. The student will spread the camera/rule cards out and stack the photo/example cards face up. Then the student will sort the cards putting the correct camera and photos together. I hope you and your students enjoy this activity.
