This song format is for beginning students who do not know how to read standard music notation yet. Please note that rhythms will not be presented. Therefore, the students need to already know what the song sounds like, so they will know how short or how long to hold down the keys.
The black keys on a piano are in groups of 2 and 3. For this song, students will need to find and play 1 group of 3 black keys, one key at a time. Those keys are called G Flat (also called F Sharp), A Flat, and B Flat. Follow the words under the keys to know which key to play with the words of the song, from the top to the bottom of the page.
