Here are story questions for A Symphony of Whales. These questions assess whether students can identify if a statement is a generalization that can be made after reading some of the story. There are also some questions that are basic text evidence questions from the text. These questions go along with the story, A Symphony of Whales. The page numbers match the TN version of Scott Foresman Reading Street, but the questions will match any version. For use in my classroom, I split the story up into 3 days. If you wish to teach the story in two days, simply combine the questions for days one and two.
Test Prep Note: Some of the questions require the students to check a box, and mark more than one answer choice. This helps to give them test prep practice.
