Product Description

With this spin on a get-to-know you game you'll be able to see how your students are unique and similar! They will have a fun times seeing who else is like them with their answers.

Each student writes their name on the top line and fills in each section, making sure it is all things they like. Please point out in the section things they like about themselves they should put traits or attributes they like about themselves, such as hair, smile, etc. I've seen many kids say family, but encourage them to think about personal attributes.

After they have filled out the left sections completely they may quietly walk around the room and find people that have the same answers for a specific amount of time--about 8 minutes is good. The student must have the other person sign their paper on the ice cream cone section. No repeats of names on the ice cream cone section! That's the challenging part.

Once the time is up. See who had the most names collected in the ice cream cone section and you may decide to let students share some of their answers for their sections. As the teacher you can collect the papers if you wish. It's fun to see the children's responses!

You can use this before back-to-school-night to have something to put up or later in the year. This can be used in any later 2nd grade classroom up through college!
