Why not take your children on a little adventure with their favourite friend!
A very cute 30 minute session which can be added into a longer session with a story, warm-up/cool down games or even a party!
They start by dancing with their bear to some fun music, using their bodies in different ways. They also explore moving in pairs, in a group and individually. They cover basic motor skills such as jumping, galloping, skipping, marching, clapping.
Props required would be a parachute and some scarves although this isn't essential and you could adapt very easily if you didn't have the equipment.
