PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This game is used to practice number recognition and making ten with ten frames during the Thanksgiving season. Students practice with 24 questions that ask "How Many?" are in each ten frame. The second 24 questions have students fill in the blank with the number they need to add to make ten. A ten frame would show 2 pumpkins. An equation under the pumpkin ten frame would say 2+_=10. Students must figure out the missing number.

It's a 2-4 person game where students try to be the first person to fill up their plate for Thanksgiving dinner. Each time a student answers a game card question, they get to take a piece of food to put on their plate. There are also chance cards in the deck that may help a student or put them back a few paces during the game! My students LOVE this game at Thanksgiving each year and enjoy picking out which "foods they will eat" from the middle.

The best part is--the students have no idea how much they are learning! This game is a great practice or review game to see who understands a concept you are teaching and who is still struggling with the material.

Every Thanksgiving Dinner game comes with 48 questions on game cards, 24 chance cards, and an answer key!
