PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Enhance your American History instruction on Transcendentalism and Romanticism in the 19th Century. This complete lesson allows for your student to use a hands on approach to fully master the concepts of each movement. In this lesson, I have approached the lesson through scaffolding the 2 concepts with a focus, introduction and guided instruction followed by project based assignments. Have your students recreate art of the Romantic era and share their recreation using a student PPT template. Guide your students through passages of the most famous authors of the time and have them conduct research to share with their peers. This lesson has multiple parts that focus on each movement. Your students will have fun in developing their own understanding of Romanticism and Transcendentalism.
