A compilation of recipes from around the world my Cadette troop adapted for gluten-free diets during a recent cabin camping trip. All recipes are suitable for those with celiac disease and are easily prepared by girls at the Junior or Cadette level in Girl Scouts. These recipes would be a fun way for the girls to meet some of the requirements for the Simple Meals or New Cuisines badges, as well as to accompany celebrations and other activities for World Thinking Day.
