This A-Z Sort and Glue is a fun, hands-on literacy center activity to help students recognize and categorize capital/lowercase letters. Each of the letters is in a different font. Students get to use their fine motor skills by cutting out the letters and gluing them into the appropriate category: capital or lowercase. There is also an opportunity for students to practice tracing and writing each letter.
There are two formats included for the individual letter pages, one with ten letters to sort and the other with 12 letters (two of which are traceable for extra writing practice). These are perfect for an independent literacy center activity, a small group parent-led center, or as weekly homework practice.
The final four pages of this pack are a complete A-Z letter recognition sort and glue, which is a perfect to use as a hands-on assessment (or just some extra fun practice)!
Included in this file:
26 A to Z Sort and Glue pages (with 10 letters to sort)
