PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Have you ever wondered if there was an easy way to keep your students transportation easily organized, especially when some days one student might be a bus rider while other days they go to after school care? Well, let your Smartboard do all the work. There is an easy way for you to do this!
I have created 5 slides for you - Monday through Friday. Each day has categories for bus rider, car rider front of school, car rider back of school and after school care. Of course, you can easily change the headings to accommodate your school transportation needs. All you have to do at the beginning of the year when those transportation sheets come in is type the student's name under the category for that day of the week. Save the document and you've now got the regular transportation. Have the file minimized on your Smart board and when those notes and emails come in from parents or announcements from the office with a change for the day other than the regular transportation method, simply drag the student's name into the changed category. Now at the end of the day, you don't have to go back through all those notes or remember where Johnny is supposed to go on Wednesdays. I placed two sample names on the template. Just fill in your class and use the template year after year. This has helped me a lot in my own classroom.
