Your AAC users need a system that has a robust vocabulary and is based on core words. This relatively inexpensive picture communication system is just what you need to get them started. With 4 different sizes of core word boards to choose from and multiple flip strips with additional core plus relevant fringe vocabulary your students will be communicating in no time.

This is a set of 4 different core vocabulary communication boards to which you can add flip strips to meet your students' needs.

  • A basic 15 core word communication board
  • A 24 core word communication board
  • A 36 core word universal communication board
  • A 40 core word communication board representing the DLM 40

  • Flip strips comes in 3 different sizes: 5 symbols per strip (approximately 2"), 6 symbols per strip (approximately 1.5") and 8 symbols per strip (approximately 1").

  • There are 50 strips in each size, plus 6 additional strips in the medium size for play activities. (bubbles, play dough, toy cars, blocks, doll, puzzle).

  • All flip strip sizes include alphabet strips with upper and lower case letters with basic punctuation.

  • There are blank strips to which you can add your own pictures and vocabulary that are important to your student/child
