Do you have difficulty tracking your students' success using AAC? This set of data sheets will help you track both quantitative and qualitative data for all of your students using AAC. Includes six (6) unique data collection sheets, including one that uses layman's terms so it can easily be used by paraprofessionals or parents.

Page 3: Fill in your own core words at the top and use tally marks to track how often they are used.
Page 4: Track exact utterances as well as number and types of cues required using tally marks.
Page 5: Track a variety of skills, including physical requirements and aspects of the communication matrix.
Page 6: Send home a parent data sheet or give to paraprofessionals to tally a student’s success in layman’s terms.
