Positive Behavior Social Story Set for Children with autism or Special Needs

”Sometimes I Don’t Get What I Want” – This story targets unacceptable behaviors when a student is fixated on a particular item or simply unable to have what they want exactly when they want it.

“Nice Hands" – This story directly targets students who tend to express frustration by physical outbursts (i.e., hitting, biting, pinching, head-butting, etc.), and provides acceptable response options.

“Unexpected Things Happen” – This story targets the stress that many students with autism experience when schedule changes occur, which can result in unacceptable behaviors. This story provides replacement behaviors, as well as assisting children through transition difficulties by thinking about things that are similar.
