The SuperHERO Teacher

This package includes 24 posters featuring Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and their achievements! In addition to the classroom décor, we included an extension activity prompting students to research and write a biography about one of the heroes. This set was designed in collaboration with Staci from Donut Lovin' Teacher!

Please NOTE: It's important to share and celebrate AAPI heroes all year, not just during Asian Americans and Pacific Islander Heritage Month!

A portion of all earnings from this resource will be donated to Stop AAPI Hate. Their mission is to advance equity, justice and power by dismantling systemic racism and building a multiracial movement to end anti-Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) hate.

We were inspired to design this classroom décor set based on what we wish we saw in our classrooms growing up and what we hope our children see in classrooms in the future.

We hope that teachers will feature these incredible Asian Americans and Pacific Islander heroes in their learning space and use the posters as classroom décor to brighten their environment.

If you use these in your classroom, we'd love to see them! Tag us on IG: @thesuperheroteacher and @donutlovinteacher. Art was designed in collaboration with Mimi from @digitalportraitsbymimi on Instagram.
