These task analysis data collection sheets can be used to monitor progress for various skills! This resource is perfect for any special education classroom, autism, self contained, or ABA classroom.
Task Analyses are a great way to collect data on a skill with multiple components, such as washing hands, brushing teeth, activity schedules, unpacking lunchbox, etc.
This resource includes:
- A 9 page guide on how to use task analyses: How to set up, How to teach (Prompting, Backward and Forward Chain options), How to collect the data, etc. Train new staff easily with this user-friendly and visually pleasing guide!
- Seven varied task analysis data sheets (editable PDF). Each sheet has a blank template with space for skills between 4-10 steps so that you can customize for your learner's specific goals!
- An example sheet is included so that you can view how to break down a large skill into multiple components (ex: Wash Hands: 1. Turn on water, 2. Pump soap, etc.).
The top header (School District/Classroom name) as well as the individual step component fields are editable so you can customize the data sheets specifically for your school, your students' and their IEP or other goals. Use these task analysis data collection sheets to track progress toward IEP goals and adjust your instructional strategies accordingly!
