ABBREVIATIONS: People

Description
Abbreviations are shortened forms of words. They’re similar to Contractions.
When you are writing and you need to squeeze a lot of words into a small space, using abbreviations can save you time and space.
People is one of six common abbreviation collections I have created we use throughout our daily lives, such as following recipes, reading maps, telling time, learning in the classroom, and taking measurements.
This particular group of abbreviations is used when addressing people according to their status as a means of respect, writing correspondence (letters, emails, notes, cards, etc.), defining the roles they hold in the community, as well as describing a particular organization of people.
