Ever stuck in a rut not sure what to do next?
Want to incorporate more art history in your classroom but not sure where to start?
This is a great place to start!
I have selected 26 diverse artists to assemble the ABC Art History Coloring Page Book!
You can use them simply as coloring pages after discussing the work of the artist, or you can use it as a launching point into larger projects! These work well for early finishers and help ignite conversations at home when sent home in backpacks (we all know you're holding onto that student artwork a little while longer for a display - in the meantime this is a wonderful way to let parents know what their student is learning about in the art room!)
I tried to include women, people of color, and some of the more "famous" artists in western art history as well. Each page was hand-drawn by myself, digitally enhanced and edited to add a brief synopsis of the artist's work.
