This activity allows students to show their creativity while demonstrating an understanding of 19th century European imperialism.
Inspired by an actual British children's book, this activity is guaranteed to have students really put some thought into their work. I have used this activity at the end of my Imperialism unit to allow students to reflect on what they have learned during the unit. I have also expanded this activity into a project in which students make PowerPoint Presentations.
The purchase consists of a Microsoft Word file that contains illustrative examples and directions for the students to follow.
