This is a quick and easy game that will allow students to work on identifying and matching uppercase and lowercase letters. The game follows the same rules as Memory or Concentration. Students simply turn all of the cards face down and match the uppercase and lowercase letters. For an easier version the cards could be face up and students could match the letters that way.
There are different options when printing and putting together this product. It is purposefully made in black in white so that a colored printer is not required.
Print on regular white paper and laminate
Print on colored paper and laminate to jazz it up
Print uppercase letters on one color paper and lowercase on a different color to make the game easier
A title label is included. I normally store the game in a Ziplock bag that has the actual zipper on it and tape the label to the front.
Finally, there is a recording sheet for students to record the matches and practice their handwriting. This page could also be laminated and kept in a station for additional practice.
