ABC PUNCH SHEETS: Find the Messed Up Letters!
Exit Ticket--Morning Work--Workshop--Sub Folder--Homework
Features common handwriting mistakes made by young writers who are just learning to form their letters:
--Letters that fly in the sky
--Letters that start at the bottom instead of at the top
--Letters that are too big compared to the others
--Letters that have subtle errors that make them not quite correct
This is a great way for kids to self-reflect on letter formation while they are exercising fine motor development at the same time. Circle, color, and/or hole punch the letters that are formed correctly. Put an X on the bad ones or color them black. Color in the letters in the middle and then color the picture that begins with the letter sound. Created two to a page.
My kids have a blast with these. I hope yours do, too.
Have a great day!
