2 Players 48 cards
The dealer passes out all of the cards.
Players keep cards face down in a pile.
Each player turns over their top card.
The player with the largest sum wins and keeps both cards.
When the players turn over cards that are equal sums it is time for WAR:
Players place two cards face down then a third card face up,
the player with the largest sum for the third card wins these 6 cards.
The winner is the player with the most cards at the end of the game.
