If you utilize class time to allow students to update their AET records, you can understand the pain that comes with repeating the same information over and over. After becoming frustrated with the repeated questions, I made up an easy template to handout each time we did an in class update. I have my FFA president and FFA secretary update it with the information, and I look it over before we print it out, which makes it less work for me. These handouts are also great to send home with kids that have larger SAE projects, multiple SAE projects, or are really involved in the FFA. There are two templates in word document format. Both contain some example activities. There is also a PDF version of one that has been filled out that can be used as an example.
